Key Performance Areas:
To ensure all raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods meet defined quality standards through testing, inspection, and documentation in the QA laboratory.
- Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per standard procedures
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment
- Record and analyze test results accurately
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare test reports and certificates of analysis (COA)
- Identify non-conformities and report deviations to the QA Manager
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Maintain proper documentation and lab records
- Ensure housekeeping and safety standards in the lab
- Coordinate with production and QC teams for quality-related issues

Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of quality testing methods and lab procedures
- Familiarity with ISO standards / quality systems
- Basic understanding of analytical instruments
- Good documentation and reporting skills

- Basic computer skills (Excel, reporting tools)
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry

- 1–3 years in QA/QC Lab (Freshers can be considered for junior roles)
