Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven End User Sales Executive to drive demand generation and sales of power tools across assigned territories in West Bengal. The role involves direct engagement with end users such as contractors, fabricators, workshops, industrial units, project sites, and institutional customers to promote company products, generate enquiries, and support channel sales growth.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate sales demand for power tools and accessories among end users in assigned territory
- Visit contractors, workshops, industrial customers, project sites, fabricators, carpenters, mechanics, and institutional buyers regularly
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into active customers
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for territory
- Product Promotion & Demonstration
- Conduct product demonstrations and trials at customer locations
- Educate customers on product applications, technical benefits, and usage
- Promote new product launches and premium product ranges
- Dealer/Channel Coordination
- Work closely with dealers/distributors to convert generated enquiries into sales
- Support channel partners with lead follow-up and customer closures
- Ensure product availability and stock movement through channel network
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, influencers, purchase managers, and key end users
- Handle customer objections and provide application-based solutions
- Market Intelligence
- Maintain daily call reports / visit reports / CRM updates
- Submit weekly sales plans and market updates
- Track collections/payment follow-up where required
- Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma preferred
- Technical/Engineering background is an advantage
