Key Performance Areas:

We're seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence, driving sales and enhancing the customer journey across our digital platforms. This role involves a blend of strategic planning, technical execution, and data analysis to achieve revenue goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management: Manage daily operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory updates, and content on our e-commerce site(s).

Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute digital marke ng campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to increase traffic and conversion rates.

Digital customer Experience: Optimize the end-to-end customer journey, from lead generation to post-purchase, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.

Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze web traffic, customer buying behavior, and sales data to inform strategy.

Campaign Management: Implement promotional offers and track the effectiveness of online campaigns.

Cross-func onal Collaboration: Work with marketing, IT, design, and fulfillment teams for smooth operations.

Customer Service: Handle online customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.

Job Features

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.

 Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart etc.) and tools (Google Analytics).

 Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
