Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Manager to drive sales and expand market presence for Polymak’s range of power tools, hand tools, and abrasives. The candidate will be responsible for managing channel partners, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.


 

 

Job Features

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area
  • Develop and expand dealer/distributor network
  • Identify new business opportunities and key customers (industrial, retail, OEMs)
  • Drive product penetration in existing and new markets

2. Channel Management

  • Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and sub-dealers
  • Maintain strong relationships with channel partners
  • Monitor stock levels, secondary sales, and ensure product availability
  • Support dealers with schemes, promotions, and training

3. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and product trends
  • Provide regular market feedback to management
  • Suggest new product requirements based on market demand

4. Team Handling (if applicable)

  • Manage and guide Sales Executives/Officers in the region
  • Set targets and monitor team performance
  • Conduct regular field visits and joint calls

5. Customer Engagement

  • Handle key accounts and institutional sales
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions
